Diamond Builder Gel is a professional hard gel designed for nail strengthening, overlays, and classic sculpted extensions. Its medium-viscosity, self-leveling formula combines exceptional strength with flexibility, creating a durable structure that resists cracking while maintaining excellent shock absorption for long-lasting wear.

The acid-free formulation offers comfortable application without excessive heat spikes during curing and adapts naturally to different working temperatures for optimal control. Diamond Builder Gel is suitable for all extension techniques and provides outstanding arch stability with minimal shrinkage.

Application – Nail Strengthening

1. Remove the previous coating.
2. Do not file the final nail shape before application. Leave approximately 2 mm of additional length for final refinement after leveling.
3. Lightly prepare the natural nail using a 220-grit file or a 100-grit buffer without excessive pressure.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. Dehydrate the nail using Nail Prep:
• Wipe the nail plate.
• Wrap a lint-free wipe around an orangewood stick and thoroughly clean the cuticle area and sidewalls.
6. Primer is optional. If the rubber base provides sufficient adhesion, additional primer is not required.
7. Apply a thin rubbing layer of Rubber Base using a flat gel brush, carefully working the product into the sidewalls. Cure for 60 seconds.
8. Build and level the nail with Diamond Builder Gel. Cure for 120 seconds.
9. Refine the nail shape after curing to create proper thickness at the free edge.
10. File the underside of the natural nail beneath the free edge to improve durability and help prevent lifting.
11. Remove the inhibition (sticky) layer.
12. Apply gel polish if desired.
13. Apply the top coat and cure for 120 seconds.
14. Do not wipe the finished surface after curing to preserve maximum shine.

Application – Classic Nail Extensions

1. Remove the previous coating.
2. Shorten the natural nail to approximately 1 mm and shape the free edge into a rounded form.
3. Lightly prepare the nail plate using a 220-grit file or a 100-grit buffer.
4. Perform the manicure.
5. Dehydrate the nail using the two-step Nail Prep method described above.
6. Primer is optional.
7. Apply a thin rubbing layer of Rubber Base and cure for 60 seconds.
8. Remove the inhibition layer.
9. Fit and secure the sculpting form.
10. Build the extension edge with clear builder gel and cure for 60 seconds.
11. Refine the extension shape.
12. Remove dust and wipe away the inhibition layer.
13. Apply another thin rubbing layer of Rubber Base only to the filed areas and cure for 60 seconds.
14. Build the final nail architecture with Diamond Builder Gel. Flash cure for 10–15 seconds before pinching. For highly tacky or glitter-containing gels, pinch after 20–30 seconds.
15. Complete curing for 120 seconds.
16. Remove the inhibition layer before applying gel polish.
17. Apply the top coat and cure for 120 seconds.
18. Do not wipe the finished surface after curing to maintain maximum gloss.

Important

• A Rubber Base foundation layer is required when using Diamond Builder Gel.
• If a cuticle remover has been used during nail preparation, wash hands thoroughly with soap and water before continuing the application.
• Always follow the recommended curing times to ensure complete polymerization, maximum durability, and optimal performance.
