The HEYLOVE PINK TONIC Tint Base features a highly pigmented, flexible formula that delivers perfectly even coverage from the very first coat.

How to Use:

1. Thoroughly dehydrate the nail plate using phBond Dehydrator.
2. Apply Ultrabond Acid-Free Primer to the nail tip and allow it to air dry completely.
3. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base as a base coat and cure for 30 seconds.
4. Apply one or two coats of Tint Base. Cure in a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Finish with a top coat.

Important

To prevent unwanted curing of the product while working, testing, or filming content, keep opened bottles and brushes as far away from daylight as possible, especially direct sunlight. Even on cloudy days, UV radiation can be strong enough to begin curing the material.

When painting swatches, keep the working side of the UV lamp facing away from the technician. If the lamp shines toward you, unwanted curing may occur on the brush and around the neck of opened bottles.

How to Prevent Air Bubbles

Air bubbles can appear in any liquid. This is not determined by the formula or ingredients—it depends on the product’s viscosity. It’s simply a law of physics.

For example, bubbles disappear very quickly in water. In thicker liquids, such as honey or builder gel, bubbles remain much longer.

The same applies to tint bases. If the brush is inserted into the bottle too quickly or aggressively, it acts like a blender, mixing air into the product and creating bubbles. This is especially common with new, full bottles.

For this reason, always use slow, gentle brush movements, particularly when opening a new bottle.

Why We Chose a Medium Viscosity

During the development of the Tint Base, HEYLOVE intentionally selected a medium-viscosity formula because it offers several important advantages:

• The product does not run or flood the cuticles.
• Clean, precise application is easier to achieve.
• The technician has enough working time to perfect the nail architecture and check the surface under reflected light.
• A second coat is usually unnecessary to refine the structure or camouflage the free edge.

The production process uses specialized equipment that minimizes the formation of air bubbles at every stage—from pigment mixing to filling the bottles.

The company also asks retail partners not to open bottles for product demonstrations. Consultants who are not nail technicians may unintentionally introduce air bubbles with improper brush handling. In addition, product around the bottle neck creates an untidy appearance.

How to Remove Air Bubbles

If bubbles appear in the product:

1. Unscrew the bottle cap, but do not remove the brush.
2. Leave the bottle in a warm (not hot) place overnight.
3. Alternatively, place the bottle inside a sealed plastic bag and immerse it in warm water up to the bottle neck.

In a warm environment, the molecules move faster, allowing trapped air to rise naturally to the surface because air is lighter than the product.
