The HEYLOVE CHICK Tint Base features a highly pigmented, flexible formula that provides smooth, even coverage from the very first coat. It completely camouflages the free edge and nail contours without requiring a white base underneath.

How to Use:

1. Thoroughly dehydrate the nail plate using phBond Dehydrator.
2. Apply Ultrabond Acid-Free Primer to the nail tip and allow it to air dry completely.
3. Apply a thin layer of Rubber Base as a base coat and cure for 30 seconds.
4. Apply one or two coats of Tint Base. Cure in a UV/LED lamp for 60 seconds.
5. Finish by applying a top coat.

Important

To prevent unwanted curing while working, testing, or filming content, keep opened bottles and brushes away from daylight, especially direct sunlight. Even on cloudy days, UV rays can be strong enough to begin curing the product.

When swatching, keep the working side of the UV lamp facing away from you. If the lamp shines toward the technician, the product may begin curing on the brush or around the neck of the bottle.

Why Air Bubbles Appear

Air bubbles can occur in any liquid. This is determined by viscosity rather than the ingredients.

For example, bubbles disappear quickly in water, while thicker products such as gels retain bubbles much longer.

The same applies to this tint base. Quickly pumping the brush in and out of the bottle mixes air into the product, creating bubbles—especially in full, newly opened bottles.

For this reason, always use slow, gentle brush movements.

When developing this tint base, HEYLOVE intentionally chose a medium-viscosity formula because it offers several advantages:

• Does not run or flood the cuticles.
• Creates clean, precise application.
• Gives the technician enough time to build the nail architecture and check the surface.
• Usually does not require a second coat to perfect the structure or camouflage the free edge.

Special manufacturing equipment minimizes air bubble formation throughout production, from pigment mixing to bottling.

The company also recommends that retailers do not open bottles for product demonstrations, as improper handling can introduce bubbles and contaminate the bottle neck.

How to Remove Air Bubbles

If bubbles appear:

1. Unscrew the cap without removing the brush.
2. Leave the bottle in a warm (not hot) place overnight.
3. Alternatively, place the bottle in a sealed plastic bag and immerse it in warm water up to the bottle neck.

In a warm environment, the molecules move faster, allowing trapped air to rise naturally to the surface.
